Important Tips About the Arlington Asylum Office
- Due to confidentiality concerns, the office cannot answer inquiries about asylum cases over the phone.
- You can make inquiries about your case by mail by sending a letter with your full name, A number and current address to the office at the address listed below.
- You can make in-person inquiries about your case on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays between 1 – 3 p.m. or on Fridays from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- You may file documents at the office between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- The Arlington Asylum Office is located on the third floor.
- There is a security checkpoint with a metal detector at the entrance to the office. Please make sure that you arrive early enough for your appointment to allow time to pass through security.
- The office is located about three blocks up the hill from the Rosslyn Metro station (Orange / Blue lines).
- If you prefer to drive, there is public parking in the area. There is a Safeway located in the bottom floor of the building and it has public parking available.
